Welcome to Taste of Culture. A multicultural catering and Food Production company based in The Republic of Ireland, that specializes in African cuisines. We are a team of passionate chefs and food enthusiasts working to share the beauty and richness of diverse culinary traditions with our clients, to experience taste of home away from home.

Our story began with our founding chef's mother, who passed down her love for cooking, baking and cultural heritage to her daughter. Growing up in a family of food lovers, our founding chef learned the art of cooking at a young age. She would often watch her mother and joined her prepare traditional dishes from their family's cultural background and was fascinated by the unique flavours and techniques used in different cuisines. Her mother's passion for cooking and her dedication to preserving their family's culinary traditions inspired her to pursue a career in the food industry and build a standard for Quality, Exquisite and Delicious recipes.

After gaining experience through service to family and friends and professional training from chefs around the world, our founding chef decided to start her own catering company to share her love for multicultural cuisine with others and to fill the gap of standardized catering for ethnic minorities in Ireland. She is creating and celebrating diversity through food. At our catering company, we believe that food is a powerful tool for bringing people together and building bridges between different cultures. We are committed to using the highest quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods to ensure that every dish we create is not only delicious but also authentic.

Our team is made up of chefs from diverse cultural backgrounds who bring their unique perspectives and techniques to our kitchen. —From African stews to our local produce inspired recipes, our menu is a celebration of the world's culinary diversity. We also work closely with our clients to create customized menus that reflect their individual tastes and preferences.
